2. Custom Development Services
- Before work starts: full refund of any deposit
- Within the first 25% of the project timeline: deposit refunded minus the value of work already completed
- Past 25% of the project timeline: deposit is non-refundable; unbilled work up to the cancellation date may still be invoiced
We include up to 2 rounds of revisions at no extra cost for deliverables that miss the agreed spec.
3. Consulting & Strategy Sessions
- Cancelled 48+ hours ahead: full refund
- Cancelled 24–48 hours ahead: 50% refund, or reschedule at no cost
- Cancelled under 24 hours ahead, or a no-show: no refund
4. How to Request a Refund
- Email informatie@dreisik.nl with the subject line:
Refund Request – [Order ID or Project Name] - Include your full name, the email on file, Order ID, purchase date, project name, reason for the request, and any supporting details
- We'll acknowledge your request within 2 business days
- We'll follow up with a decision within 7 business days
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. EU & Dutch Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) or Dutch consumer protection law. You can also contact the Dutch Autoriteit Consument & Markt (ACM), or use the EU ODR platform for alternative dispute resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
